Grouting type module brick
The invention relates to the technical field of module bricks, in particular to a grouting type module brick which comprises a brick body; a vertically-through middle grouting channel is formed in themiddle of the brick body; a top groove communicated with the middle grouting channel is formed in the upper end of the middle grouting channel; four inner side walls of the top groove are obliquely arranged; the cross sectional area of the top groove is gradually reduced from top to bottom, and the lower end of the inner side wall of the top groove is in smooth transition with the upper end of the inner side wall of the middle grouting channel; end grouting grooves are symmetrically formed in the left end and the right end of the brick body; and the size and the shape of the middle grouting channel are completely the same as the size and the shape of a cavity formed after the two end grouting grooves are oppositely spliced. By means of the middle grouting channel and the end grouting grooves, vertical mortar joint-free masonry is achieved, the plastering link is omitted, dependence on the technical level of workers is reduced, the masonry efficiency is remarkably improved, and the problem that due to the fact that masonry mortar in mortar joints forms a thermal bridge, the heat preservation and insulation performance of a building is reduced is solved.
本发明涉及模块砖技术领域,具体的说是一种灌浆式模块砖,包括砖本体,所述砖本体中部设置有上下贯通的中部灌浆通道,所述中部灌浆通道上端设置有与其连通的顶部凹槽,所述顶部凹槽的四个内侧壁均为倾斜设置,所述顶部凹槽的横截面面积由上至下逐渐减少且其内侧壁下端与中部灌浆通道的内侧壁上端圆滑过渡;所述砖本体左右两端对称设置有端部灌浆槽,所述中部灌浆通道的尺寸和形状与两个端部灌浆槽相对拼接后形成空腔的尺寸和形状完全相同;通过中部灌浆通道及端部灌浆槽,实现竖向的无灰缝砌筑,省略了抹灰环节,降低了对工人技术水平的依赖,砌筑效率也显著提高,解决了因灰缝中的砌筑砂浆形成热桥而降低建筑物保温隔热性能的问题。
