The invention relates to the technical field of coke oven brick gas passage maintenance, and discloses a coke oven brick gas passage grouting permeation sealing method which comprises the following steps: proportioning slurry, mounting a spiral conveying device at a bottom port of a brick gas passage in a sealing manner, and communicating with an inner cavity of the brick gas passage; the prepared slurry is injected into an inner cavity of the brick gas channel through a feeding port of a spiral conveying device by adopting a pneumatic grouting machine, the bottom of the inner cavity of the brick gas channel is gradually filled with the slurry upwards, and when the slurry in the inner cavity of the brick gas channel reaches the set height, a valve at the feeding port of the spiral conveying device is closed so as to stop grouting into the inner cavity of the brick gas channel; and the slurry in the inner cavity of the brick gas channel is stored for a certain time. According to the invention, the spiral conveying device is adopted to gradually extrude the material, so that the material can slowly and continuously rise in the coke oven brick gas channel to achieve grouting at a fixed height, and the slurry can be maintained at a certain height for a period of time to ensure that the grouting material can permeate into the crack, thereby ensuring the sealing property and prolonging the hanging time.
