Large-slope inclined column concrete vibrating assisting method
The invention discloses a large-slope inclined column concrete vibrating assisting method. When lower floor slab concrete is poured, a steel sleeve is embedded in the side, close to the outer side ofa building, of the root of an inclined column in advance, round steel with the height equal to that of the column is connected to the sleeve, the upper portion of the round steel and inclined column ribs are temporarily fixed, and the slope of the round steel and the slope of the column are kept consistent. When concrete is poured, the round steel is sleeved with a bearing with a hoop, and then the root of a vibrating bar is hooped with the hoop. Due to the fact that the bearing can greatly reduce friction resistance between the bearing and the round steel, the vibrating bar can be manually and easily made to move up and down along the round steel under traction of the bearing with the hoop, and therefore the purpose of vibrating and compacting the concrete at the root of the inclined column is achieved. After concrete pouring is completed, the round steel is screwed with a torque wrench and slowly pulled out, and therefore the purpose of vibrating and compacting the concrete on the lower portion of the inclined column is achieved. The method is easy to implement, efficient and economical, adopted materials are common materials on a construction site, and the method has the advantages of being efficient and saving materials.
本发明公开了一种大斜率斜柱混凝土振捣辅助方法,通过在下层楼板混凝土浇筑时,在斜柱柱根靠近建筑物外侧一侧预先埋置钢套筒,在套筒上连接与柱高等高的圆钢,圆钢上部与斜柱柱筋进行临时固定,圆钢斜率与柱子斜率保持一致,在混凝土浇筑时,将带有箍带的轴承套在圆钢上,然后将箍带箍在振动棒根部,由于轴承能大大减少与圆钢之间的摩阻力,因此振动棒可以在带有箍带的轴承牵引下,人为轻松地使振动棒沿着圆钢上下活动,从而达到斜柱柱根混凝土振捣密实的目的。在混凝土浇筑完成后,用力矩扳手拧动圆钢,缓慢拔出,从而达到斜柱下部混凝土振捣密实的目的,此方法实施简单、高效、经济,所用材料为施工现场常见材料,具有高效、节材的特点。
