The invention discloses a lifting type steel structure construction frame. The construction frame comprises a bottom frame, two vertical frames, guide pulley blocks, a lifting plate, a guide rod group, lifting ropes and a lifting device, wherein a plurality of wheels are arranged at the lower end of the bottom frame, the two vertical frames are arranged at the left end and the right end of the bottom frame, the lifting plate is arranged above the bottom frame, a plurality of guide holes are formed in the lifting plate, the guide rod group comprises a plurality of guide rods, the guide rods penetrate through the guide holes in a one-to-one correspondence mode, the number of the hoisting ropes is the same as that of the guide pulley blocks, the hoisting ropes penetrate through all pulleys inthe guide pulley blocks, at least one hoisting rope in all the hoisting ropes is connected with the left end of the lifting plate, at least one hoisting rope is connected with the right end of the lifting plate, and the lifting device is connected with the hoisting ropes and drives the lifting plate to move upwards through the hoisting rope. The construction frame has the advantages of being convenient and safe to use, the using height can be adjusted at will within a certain height range, and construction is very convenient.
