The invention relates to a solar constant-temperature control water tank. The solar constant-temperature control water tank comprises an outer tank base, wherein a left tank and a right tank are arranged in the outer tank base; a receiving cover for receiving rainwater is arranged on the top of the right tank; two guide rails are arranged on the top of the left tank; a left plate moving mechanismand a right plate moving mechanism are arranged on the top surface of the left tank through the guide rails; each plate moving mechanism comprises a left spring rod, a right spring rod, a left sweeping plate and a right sweeping plate; the left spring rods and the right spring rods slide in the guide rails; the left sweeping plates and the right sweeping plates are fixed on the top ends of the twospring rods; and a solar panel is arranged on the left tank. A mode of controlling by a proximity switch is adopted, a spraying seat is further arranged on a rod of a shear fork mechanism, when the sweeping plates on the right side move leftwards, the proximity switch is triggered to be electrified to work, and meanwhile, clear water in the left tank is raised upwards and enters the spraying seat, the clear water is sprayed to the bottom of the solar panel through the spraying seat, the bottom of the solar panel is also cleaned, the top surface of the solar panel is cleaned by the sweeping plates, and therefore, the purpose of cleaning the solar panel in all directions is achieved. The solar constant-temperature control water tank is skillful in structural design and high in functionality.
