The invention discloses a constant-temperature circulating water tank. The constant-temperature circulating water tank comprises a water tank body, wherein a heating groove is formed in the water tankbody, an end cover matched with the heating groove is hinged to the water tank body, a gas collecting piece is arranged on the face, close to the heating groove, of the end cover, a plurality of gascollecting holes which are evenly distributed are formed in the gas collecting piece, a liquefied water hand-washing mechanism is connected to the water tank body, the liquefied water hand-washing mechanism comprises a liquefied water hand-washing table, a hand-washing groove is formed in the liquefied water hand-washing table, an annular pipe is arranged on the liquefied water hand-washing table,a conveying pipe is connected between the end cover and the annular pipe, and an air supply cavity and a liquefaction cavity are formed in the liquefied water hand-washing table. By arranging the corresponding mechanisms on the constant-temperature water tank, when a user needs to open the end cover of the constant-temperature water tank, hot steam in the constant-temperature water tank can be guided away in advance, the user is prevented from being scalded by the hot steam when opening the end cover, meanwhile, the guided-away hot steam can be repeatedly used, the utilization rate of the hotsteam is greatly increased, and the moisture loss of the constant-temperature water tank is greatly reduced.
