Manufacturing method of 3D printing dental implant
The invention belongs to the field of manufacturing of ceramic dental implants, and particularly relates to a manufacturing method of a 3D printing dental implant. The manufacturing method specifically comprises steps of modeling, color picking, printing, coarse grinding, fine grinding and corrosion inhibition. The method can produce dental implants that meet needs of patients without using an ultra-high-precision 3D printer, and can greatly reduce production cost of dental implants. An implant tooth manufactured by the method can be accurately ground until deviation between the implant toothand a primary tooth is within 3%, and a patient does not feel uncomfortable after replacing the implant tooth. According to the method, an upper surface of the implant tooth is corroded by adopting acorrosion inhibition liquid, so that a relatively rough surface can be formed on the upper surface of the implant tooth, and meanwhile, a height of an implant tooth matrix can be slowly reduced, so that an implant tooth with higher precision is obtained.
