According to the invention, when the prestressed ribs are released and tensioned, the tensioning equipment only needs to tension the prestressed ribs to reach a designed tensioning force, and then the U-shaped clamping plate is detached. Tension required for releasingand tensioning the prestressed ribs does not need to exceed a force applied during tensioning, so that the risk that the prestressed ribs are broken due to overlarge stress is fundamentally avoided.
