The composite admixture comprises the following raw material components in percentage by mass: 50-70% of fly ash, 15-25% of superfine silica fume, 5-15% of metakaolin, 0-5% of calcined gypsum. 0-5% of alpha-Al2O3, and 0-10% of a surfactant, wherein the fly ash is II-grade low-calcium fly ash, the superfine silica fume has an average particle size smaller than 10 microns and a content of SiO2 larger thanor equal to 95.0%, the average particle size of the metakaolin is less than 5 [mu]m, and the average particle size of the alpha-Al2O3 nano powder is less than 50nm. When the composite admixture is used as one of cementing materials to prepare shotcrete, the resilience rate of the prepared shotcrete is less than or equal to 7%, the setting time is less than or equal to 4 minutes, and the sulfuricacid corrosion resistance grade is more than KS150. Compared with the high rebound rate of the concrete in the prior art, the rebound rate of the concrete designed by the invention is greatly reduced.
