The invention belongs to the field of functional composite materials, and particularly relates to a novel dehumidifying conductive polymer composite material and a preparation method thereof. The technical key point is as follows: the composite material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100-200 parts of cement, 100-360 parts of medium sand, 0.2-2.6 parts of conductive filler, 5-25 parts of a polymer, 5-12 parts of silica fume, 3-16 parts of an expanding agent, 0.1-0.6 parts of a dispersing agent, 0.05-0.2 parts of a defoaming agent, 1.0-2.8 parts of a water reducingagent and 30-65 parts of water. The novel conductive polymer composite material provided by the invention has the properties of dehumidification, electric conduction, permeation resistance, corrosionresistance, mechanical property, durability and the like, and the doped polymer can improve the flexibility and the waterproof property of the composite material, so that the composite material is more suitable for humid environments such as underground tunnels.
