The invention relates to the field of infrared emission composite materials, in particular to a conductive infrared emission composite material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing an AB2O4-delta type spinel material; uniformly mixing the prepared AB2O4-delta type spinel material with a carbonaceous material and a ceramic material, then constructing a sandwich structure with the carbonaceous material, preparing a tablet, and carrying out microwave plasma discharge treatment to activate the infrared emission performance of a plasma element and excite the smoothness of a conductive channel so as to obtain the conductive high-infrared-emissivity composite material. The composite material provided by the invention can solve the technical problems of limited infrared emission capability, single excitation mode and complex preparation method of the composite ceramic material in the prior art, and has wide application prospects in the field of controllable photoelectric synergistic excitation infrared radiation.
本发明涉及红外发射复合材料领域,具体涉及一种导电型红外发射复合材料及其制备方法。制备方法如下:制备AB2O4‑δ型尖晶石材料;将制备所得AB2O4‑δ型尖晶石材料、与碳质材料及陶瓷材料混匀,然后与碳质材料构建三明治结构并制备压片,利用微波等离子体放电处理以激活等离子体基元的红外发射性能和激发导电通道畅通性,获得导电型高红外发射率复合材料。本发明复合材料可解决现有技术的复合陶瓷材料的红外发射能力有限、激发方式单一以及制备方法复杂的技术问题,在可调控光电协同激发红外辐射领域具有广泛的应用前景。
