The invention relates to the technical field of new material processing, and discloses an inorganic thermal-insulation material for building walls. According to the invention, industrial solid waste,namely coal gangue is used as a main processing raw material, so low production cost and high comprehensive utilization rate are achieved; modified clay has a porous hollow structure and a small poresize, and can form a three-dimensional network structure among inorganic coal gangue matrixes, so obvious promotion effect is achieved in the aspect of improving mechanical properties such as compressive strength; the prepared inorganic thermal-insulation material is high in strength, a thermal insulation coefficient is not larger than 0.065 w/(m.k), the thermal insulation performance of the material can be equivalent to the thermal insulation performance of an organic thermal-insulation material, and the inorganic thermal-insulation material is good in flame retardance, resistant to aging, simple in construction mode, good in environmental protection property and capable of being recycled; and good conversion from an organic thermal-insulation building material to the inorganic thermal-insulation material is realized in the invention.
本发明涉及新材料加工技术领域,公开了一种用于建筑墙体的无机保温材料,利用工业固体废料煤矸石作为主要加工原料,生产成本低,综合利用率高,改性粘土具有多孔隙中空结构,孔径小,能够在无机煤矸石基体间形成立体的网状结构,对抗压强度等力学性能的提升有明显的促进作用,制备得到的无机保温材料强度高,保温系数不大于0.065w/(m·k),保温性能可与有机保温材料匹敌,阻燃性好,耐老化,施工方式简单,环保性好,可循环再利用,实现了有机保温建筑材料向无机保温材料的很好转变。
