Early-strength high-strength double-component grouting material with controllable setting time and preparation method thereof
The invention provides an early-strength high-strength double-component grouting material with controllable setting time, which is used for tunnel water plugging reinforcement grouting and comprises ahigh-flow permeation component A and an anti-dispersion quick-hardening component B, wherein the component A comprises ordinary Portland cement, anhydrous gypsum, a retarder, a water reducing agent,a thickening agent, an early strength agent and a plastic expanding agent; and the component B is prepared from sulphoaluminate cement, an inert filler, a retarder, a water reducing agent and a thickening agent. The use method of the grouting material comprises the following steps: respectively and uniformly stirring the high-flow permeation component A and the anti-dispersion retarding componentB according to a same water-material ratio, putting the mixture into a storage container, and pumping the slurry of the high-flow permeation component A and the anti-dispersion retarding component B into a grouting pipeline for mixing and grouting by adopting double-liquid grouting equipment. The grouting performance can be adjusted on line in real time, the rheological property and the setting time of the grouting liquid are adjusted in time only by changing the double-liquid pumping speed ratio, the construction efficiency is improved, and the waste of the grouting liquid is reduced.
本发明提供一种早强高强双组份凝结时间可控的注浆材料,用于隧道堵水加固注浆,包括高流动渗透组分A与抗分散快硬组分B;其中组分A包含普通硅酸盐水泥、无水石膏、缓凝剂、减水剂、增稠剂、早强剂和塑性膨胀剂;组分B包含硫铝酸盐水泥、惰性填料、缓凝剂、减水剂和增稠剂;该注浆材料的使用方法为:将高流动渗透组分A和抗分散缓凝组分B按相同的水料比分别搅拌均匀,置于储料容器中,采用双液注浆设备,将高流动渗透组分A和抗分散缓凝组分B料浆泵入注浆管道中混合、注浆。本发明可对注浆液性能进行在线实时调整,仅通过改变双液泵送速度比,及时对注浆液的流变性能和凝结时间进行调整,提高了施工效率,减少了浆液浪费。
