Comprising the following components: cement, modified waste rubber powder, graphene, silica powder, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, quartz sand, a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, azodicarbonamide, an organic silicon defoaming agent, lithium salt, gluconate, disodium hydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate, reinforced fibers and water. Wherein the mixing mass ratio of the silica powder to the graphene is 1: 100; the gluconate is sodium gluconate; the lithium salt is the main performance indexes of the lithium sulfate sleeve grouting material, including fluidity, compressive strength and plastic expansion rate. Through cooperation of all the components, the fluidity of the grouting material can be effectively improved finally, the compressive strength of the grouting material can be improved, and the application field of the prepared grouting material is widened.
