5G ceramic inductor and preparation process thereof
The invention discloses a 5G ceramic inductor and a preparation process thereof. The preparation process comprises the following steps: mixing aluminum oxide ceramic powder and glass phase powder in parts by weight, adding a binder and other aids, performing spray granulation to prepare powder, performing dry pressing on the powder to prepare a U-shaped green body, and sintering the green body toobtain a U-shaped ceramic body; printing silver-palladium slurry or molybdenum-manganese slurry on the two end faces of the U-shaped ceramic body in a dipping mode to serve as metallization layer slurry, and then conducting sintering to form two electrodes; and sequentially plating nickel and tin on the surfaces of the electrodes, and winding or welding a wire on the U-shaped ceramic body to prepare the ceramic inductor. The obtained ceramic body is high in strength, high in shock resistance and high in bonding strength with a metallization layer, and can replace part of magnetic core inductance products on a 5G communication circuit module board, signal interference is avoided, and the 5G signal strength is improved.
本发明公开了一种5G用陶瓷电感及其制备工艺,将按重量份计的氧化铝瓷粉和玻璃相粉料混合,然后加入粘结剂和其他助剂,经喷雾造粒制成粉料,将粉料干压成型制成U型坯体,将坯体烧结,得到U型陶瓷体;在U型陶瓷体的两个端面上浸印银钯浆料或钼锰浆料作为金属化层浆料,然后烧结,形成两电极;在电极表面依次镀镍与锡,在U型陶瓷体上绕线或焊接导线,制成陶瓷电感。本发明得到的陶瓷体强度高,抗震能力强,同时与金属化层结合强度高,可以代替5G通讯电路模块板上的部分磁蕊电感产品,避免信号干扰,提升5G信号强度。
