The invention relates to an anti-blocking rammer. The anti-blocking rammer effectively solves the problems that vent holes of a rammer head are prone to being blocked, and the compaction strength of the positions, at the vent holes, of the ground is insufficient. According to the technical scheme, the rammer comprises a rammer head, vent holes are formed in the rammer head, a piston hole is formedin the upper end of the rammer head, a first piston is installed in the piston hole, a closed cavity is formed in the rammer head, the first piston pumps air to the upper end of the cavity, a secondpiston is installed in the cavity, an air channel is formed between each vent hole and the cavity, horizontal clamping blocks are installed on the side wall of the cavity, when the lower end surface of the second piston is located above the multiple clamping blocks, the second piston seals ports, located in the cavity, of the multiple air channels, and after the second piston crosses the multipleclamping blocks to move downwards, the ends, located in the cavity, of the multiple air channels are opened. The rammer has the advantages that the vent holes can be automatically dredged and can be effectively prevented from being blocked, so that the fine and dense vent holes can be designed in the rammer head, bumps are prevented from being formed at the positions of the large-diameter vent holes, and the ramming quality is improved.
