The invention discloses a heat preservation floor slab layer and an implementation method thereof. The implementation method includes the steps that two parallel floor fixing strips are installed at the bottom end of each heat preservation floor slab unit, so that the two sides of the bottom end of each heat preservation floor slab unit form two lap joint parts through the two parallel floor fixing strips; the heat preservation floor slab layer is formed by installing a plurality of heat preservation floor slab units provided with two parallel floor fixing strips on a plurality of floor supports; each heat preservation floor slab unit is connected to two floor supports arranged in parallel in a clamped mode through the two fixing strips installed on the heat preservation floor slab unit; each fixing strip is fixedly connected with the corresponding floor support; and the two lap joint parts of each heat preservation floor slab unit are in lap joint with the two floor supports arrangedin parallel correspondingly.
