The invention discloses a heat-preservation sound-insulation high-crack-resistance floor slab layer which sequentially comprises a structural layer, a sound-insulation layer and a leveling layer from top to bottom. The structural layer comprises a prefabricated floor bottom plate layer and a lightweight aggregate concrete layer, and the concrete layer is poured on the prefabricated floor bottom plate layer. The composite floor slab layer composed of the prefabricated floor bottom plate layer and the lightweight aggregate concrete layer enables the floor slab layer to have good thermal insulation performance. The sound insulation layer and the surface layer protective mortar (leveling layer) enable the floor slab layer to have good sound insulation performance, and the weighting standardization impact sound pressure level index of the floor slab layer can be smaller than or equal to 70 dB. Compared with the prior art, the structure of the floor slab layer has the advantages that the thickness of the sound insulation layer can be greatly reduced, the indoor clear height of a building can be increased, the problem of floor slab surface layer cracking caused by compression deformation after the sound insulation layer is stressed can be solved, and the building quality is improved.
