The garbage recovery vessel comprises a recovery vessel body, wherein the recovery vessel body comprises a box body and an intelligent system; the intelligent system comprises a laser scanner, a control box, an intelligent processor, a control switch, a power supply device, a first motor and a second motor; a buoyancy tank is mountedat the bottom of the box body; an arc-shaped plate is mounted at the top of the box body; the laser scanner is mounted on the arc-shaped plate; a seat is mounted on the box body; a support rod is mounted at one side of the seat; an operation screen is mounted at the top of the support rod; and a first braking device is mounted at one side of the box body. According to the laser sorting garbage recovery vessel, garbage on the water surface is scanned through the laser scanner, data are transmitted to the intelligent processor to be analyzed and processed, the types of the garbage are classifiedthrough the intelligent processor, the garbage enters openings through a stirring paddle by controlling corresponding braking devices to be matched, and the garbage is driven into the box body through conveying devices to be classified, collected and used.
