The invention discloses a method for preparing a cement grinding aid from landfill leachate. The method mainly comprises the following specific preparation processes: firstly, weighing required raw materials for later use, sequentially adding the improved landfill leachate, ethanol monoisopropanolamine and triethanolamine into a reaction kettle, adding water into the reaction kettle, stirring by using a stirrer, adding sodium gluconate for mixing to obtain a sample I, sequentially adding sodium lignin sulfonate and a surfactant into the sample I, stirring by using a stirrer to obtain a sampleII, and finally, mixing the sample II with glycerol, stirring with a stirrer, adding salt and sweet water while stirring, uniformly stirring, naturally cooling, and standing for 30-45 minutes to obtain the cement grinding aid finished product. The grinding aid disclosed by the invention is more ideal in grinding aid and higher in cement compressive strength, and the landfill leachate is used as araw material, so that the recycling of resources is facilitated, and the environmental pollution is reduced.
