Sodium silicate composite self-repairing concrete structure and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a sodium silicate composite self-repairing concrete structure which comprises a concrete member, and a sodium silicate repairing agent, a capillary crystalline material and PVAfibers are uniformly distributed in the concrete member. The invention also provides a preparation method of the sodium silicate composite self-repairing concrete structure. The preparation method comprises the steps: preparing the sodium silicate repairing agent; designing a concrete mixing ratio, and determining the mixing amounts of the sodium silicate repairing agent, the capillary crystalline material and the PVA fibers; and uniformly doping the sodium silicate repairing agent into concrete, and doping the capillary crystalline material and the PVA fiber cement into the concrete together. According to the invention, the mechanical property and crack resistance of the concrete structure can be improved, and the concrete structure has damage self-repairing capability, so that the safety, durability and economy of the concrete structure are improved.
