Quartz plate with flame retardant property and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a quartz plate with flame retardant property and a preparation method thereof. The quartz plate is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25-40 parts ofquartz sand, 15-25 parts of quartz powder, 1-2 parts of a silane coupling agent, 3-7 parts of thermosetting resin, 6-10 parts of styrene, 0.003-1.15 part of a curing agent, 10-16 parts of hexaphenoxycyclotriphosphazene, 3-5 parts of an inorganic flame retardant and 0.1-2 part of a plant extract. The raw materials are mixed and stirred evenly, and then the mixture is molded by extrusion; and curing and cooling are performed to obtain the finished quartz plate. The quartz plate has excellent flame-retardant performance, does not contain toxic substances after being subjected to high-temperaturecombustion, and has good comprehensive performance.
本发明公开了一种具有阻燃性能的石英板材及其制备方法,由以下按照重量份数计的原材料组成:石英砂25‑40份、石英粉15‑25份、硅烷偶联剂1‑2份、热固性树脂3‑7份、苯乙烯6‑10份、固化剂0.003‑1.15份、六苯氧基环三磷腈10‑16份、无机阻燃剂3‑5份和植物提取物含量为0.1‑2份,将各原材料混合搅拌均匀,然后挤压成型,经固化、冷却处理后得到成品石英板材。本发明具有优异的阻燃性能,高温燃烧后无有毒物质,综合性能良好。
