Steel slag-mixed powder material
The invention belongs to the technical field of steel slag-mixed powder materials and relates to a steel slag-mixed powder material. The steel slag-mixed powder material comprises a cement clinker mixture, gypsum powder, a corrosion inhibitor, a water reducing agent, fly ash and water. The steel slag-mixed powder material is characterized by being prepared from the following components in parts byweight: 900 to 960 parts of a cement clinker mixture, 30 to 40 parts of gypsum powder, 6.2 to 6.8 parts of a corrosion inhibitor, 5.5 to 5.8 parts of a water reducing agent, 180 to 200 parts of coalash and 400 to 460 parts of water. The steel slag-mixed powder material is composed of the cement clinker mixture, the gypsum powder, the corrosion inhibitor, the water reducing agent, the coal ash and the water; and since the corrosion inhibitor is added, the problem that existing steel slag cement corrodes reinforcing steel bars or other embedded metal in the pouring process can be effectively solved, so that the construction difficulty is effectively reduced, the production cost is reduced, and meanwhile the construction period is greatly shortened, in addition, energy is effectively saved,and the environment is protected.
本发明涉及掺和钢渣的粉体材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种掺和钢渣的粉体材料,包括水泥熟料混合料、石膏粉、阻锈剂、减水剂、粉煤灰和水构成,其特征在于:由以下重量份的组分组:900~960重量份的水泥熟料混合料、30~40重量份的石膏粉、6.2~6.8重量份的阻锈剂、5.5~5.8重量份的减水剂、180~200重量份的粉煤灰、400~460重量份的水。本发明中,将水泥熟料混合料、石膏粉、阻锈剂、减水剂、粉煤灰和水构成,其中加入阻锈剂可以有效的解决现有钢渣水泥在浇筑使用中对钢筋或其它预埋金属产生锈蚀,有效的降低了施工难度,降低了生产成本,同时大大缩短了施工工期,并且有效的节约了能源及对环境进行了保护。
