The invention relates to a preparation method of carbonized modified steel slag powder, the carbonized modified steel slag powder and a cement-based cementing material active admixture. Adding the steel slag powder and ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid into deionized water to obtain a suspension; introducing carbon dioxide gas into the suspension, and carrying out modification reaction on the steel slag powder; and separating solids from the reacted steel slag suspension, adding ethanol into the obtained solids to terminate the hydration reaction, and then drying to obtain the carbonized modified steel slag powder. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the carbonization efficiency is improved by using a small amount of chemical modifier, so that the carbonized modified steel slag powder is prepared within a relatively short time, free calcium oxide in the steel slag is eliminated, a permanent carbon sequestration effect is achieved, and the carbonized modified steel slag powder can be used as a cement-based cementing material active admixture with good stability and good compressive strength.
本发明是一种碳化改性钢渣粉体的制备方法、碳化改性钢渣粉体和水泥基胶凝材料活性掺合料。将钢渣粉体和乙二胺四乙酸加入去离子水中,以得到悬浮液;向悬浮液中通入二氧化碳气体,对钢渣粉体进行改性反应;从反应后的钢渣悬浮液中分离出固体,往所得固体中加入乙醇终止水化反应,之后干燥得到碳化改性钢渣粉体。本发明的制备方法通过使用少量的化学改性剂提升了碳化效率,从而在较短时间内制备出碳化改性钢渣粉体,消除了钢渣中的游离氧化钙,且起到永久固碳的作用,可以用作安定性良好、抗压强度良好的水泥基胶凝材料活性掺合料。
