High-density ceramic fiberboard and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a high-density ceramic fiberboard. The high-density ceramic fiberboard comprises the following raw materials of: less than or equal to 30wt% of aluminum oxide; no less than 7 wt% of calcium oxide and magnesium oxide; no less than 50 wt% silicon oxide; and less than or equal to 5wt% of one or more of ferric oxide, potassium oxide, sodium oxide, titanium oxide and zirconium oxide. The chemical components can be controlled, especially CaO and MgO components are introduced into soluble fibers, the resilience and elastic aftereffect of a compression-molded wet blank can be reduced, so that the density of the molded wet blank and the density and strength of a final product are improved, and product cracks caused by the elastic aftereffect are reduced. The invention furtherprovides a preparation method of the high-density ceramic fiberboard.
