The invention discloses a toll lane remote control oscillation belt. The oscillation belt comprises an oscillation block and a pit slot, the oscillation block is provided with a flat surface and a protruding working surface, the oscillation block is buried in the pit slot dug in the road surface, the oscillation block is connected with an external driving unit through a rotating shaft, and the oscillation block rotates to enable the flat surface or the working surface to be exposed out of the ground surface. Switching of the road surface passing effect is achieved through the rotatable oscillation block, after the oscillation block rotates, when the protruding working surface is exposed out of the ground surface, the oscillation belt is in a working state, when the flat surface is exposedout of the ground surface, the oscillation belt is in a non-working state, and a vehicle jolts only when passing through the oscillation belt in the working state, so the switching of the state can help to realize the maximum passing efficiency.
