A small sanitation vehicle integrating sweeping, washing and sterilizing is disclosed in the invention, and comprises a base, a hydraulic cylinder, a first water conveying pipe, an ultraviolet sterilization lamp and a control box, a first sliding way is formed in the right side of the base, a sliding connecting block is fixed to the lower side of the hydraulic cylinder through a piston rod, and asnow shoveling plate is fixed to the right side of a snow shoveling storage box; and a first material conveying assembly is fixed to the lower side of the interior of the snow shoveling storage box, afirst threaded hollow connecting piece on the material conveying hose is in threaded connection with a third material guiding assembly, and one end of a first water conveying pipe communicates with asnow melting mechanism. According to the small sanitation vehicle integrating sweeping, washing and sterilizing, the sanitation vehicle can be used as a sweeper for operation and can also be used asa snow shoveling machine in winter, sand and stone in garbage can be filtered out and stored when the garbage is cleaned, and accumulated snow can be treated and then pre-flushed when the road surfaceis flushed, so the advantage of saving water resources is achieved.
