The invention discloses a frame structure building pile foundation support inclination correcting method. According to the technical scheme, the method comprises the steps that a working pit is excavated, and independent foundations below a frame column are exposed; the base elevations of all the independent foundations are measured, and the independent foundation at the lowest position is found out and serves as a reference independent foundation; pile holes are formed in the positions, located on the two sides of the frame column, of the independent foundation to be forced to be landed, andpile foundations are constructed at the positions of the pile holes; a cantilever beam is arranged at the position, corresponding to the upper portion of the pile foundations, of the side face of theframe column; earthwork below the independent foundation to be forced to be landed is excavated till the bottom face of the cantilever beam coincides with the top faces of the pile foundations; high-pressure grouting is carried out on soil below the independent foundation obtained after forced landing; and then the working pit is backfilled, and the ground is recovered. According to the method, inclination correcting is achieved through pile foundation supporting for different degrees of sedimentation of the frame column, and for buildings with the anti-seismic property not meeting the standard requirement, a seismic isolation support can be installed while forced landing inclination correcting is utilized.
本发明公开了一种框架结构建筑物桩基础支撑纠倾方法,其技术方案为:包括开挖工作坑,暴露出框架柱下方的独立基础;测量各独立基础的基底标高,找出最低位置的独立基础并将其作为基准独立基础;在待迫降独立基础上位于框架柱两侧的位置开设桩孔,在桩孔位置施工桩基础;在框架柱侧面对应于桩基础上方位置设置挑梁;开挖待迫降独立基础下方的土方,直至挑梁底面与桩基础顶面重合;对迫降后的独立基础下方土体高压注浆;之后回填工作坑,恢复地面。本发明针对框架柱出现不同程度沉降利用桩基础支撑实现纠倾,且对于抗震性能不满足规范要求的建筑物,能够在利用迫降纠倾的同时安装隔震支座。
