The invention discloses a micro composite steel pipe pile underpinning and inclination correcting structure of a pile foundation building and a construction method thereof. The underpinning and inclination correcting structure comprises to-be-cut-off original piles, at least one jack arranged around the original piles and used for abutting against a foundation beam at the upper portion, and a jackbearing platform used for containing the jack; the underpinning and inclination correcting structure comprises new piles which are arranged around the original piles and are steel pipe static pressure piles, and the underpinning and inclination correcting structure further comprises wedge plates embedded between pile heads of the new piles and the original piles and the bottom face of the foundation beam and used for providing supporting after the jacks are withdrawn; and the underpinning and inclination correcting structure further comprises a pile replacing bearing platform, the original piles, the new piles, the wedge plates and the foundation beam are poured and solidified into a whole through the pile replacing bearing platform, and therefore supporting is provided for the building.Load is applied to the original piles through the dead weight of the building, the original piles are forced to move downwards, the pile ends reach a supporting layer, meanwhile, the building is lifted, and inclination correction is conducted; and in addition, static pressure steel pipe piles are arranged around the original piles to serve as new piles for auxiliary supporting, secondary sedimentation inclination of the building after inclination correction is prevented, and the construction effect of building inclination correction is improved.
本发明公开了一种桩基建筑物微型复合钢管桩托换纠倾结构及其施工方法,纠倾结构包括待截断的原桩,设置在原桩周围用于顶住上方地基梁的至少一个千斤顶,用于放置千斤顶的千斤顶承台;设置在原桩周围的新桩,新桩为钢管静压桩,还包括千斤顶撤离后嵌于新桩、原桩的桩头与地基梁底面之间用于提供支撑的楔板;还包括换桩承台,换桩承台将原桩、新桩、楔板以及地基梁浇筑固结为一体,从而为建筑物提供支撑。本发明利用建筑物的自重对原桩施加载荷,迫使原桩下移并使桩端到达持力层,同时对建筑物进行抬升,进行纠倾;此外,还在原桩周围设置静压钢管桩作为新桩进行辅助支撑,防止纠倾后建筑物二次沉降倾斜,提高建筑物纠偏的施工效果。
