The invention discloses a working device for a container bulk cargo loading and unloading loader. The working device for the container bulk cargo loading and unloading loader comprises a connecting seat, two movable arm oil cylinders, a rotating bucket oil cylinder, a movable arm mechanism, a rocker arm, a pull rod and a bucket. The connecting seat is connected with the loader, cylinder bodies ofthe two movable arm oil cylinders are fixed to the connecting seat, the rod ends of piston rods of the two movable arm oil cylinders are hinged to the middle part of the movable arm mechanism, the inner end of the movable arm mechanism is hinged to the connecting seat, the outer end of the movable arm mechanism is connected with the bucket, cylinder bodies of the rotating bucket oil cylinders arefixed to the connecting seat, the rod ends of piston rods of the the rotating bucket oil cylinders are hinged to one end of the rocker arm, the middle part of the rocker arm is hinged to the movable arm mechanism, the other end of the rocker arm is hinged to the inner end of the pull rod, and the outer end of the pull rod is hinged to the middle part of the bucket. According to the working devicefor the container bulk cargo loading and unloading loader, due to the fact that a hinged protruding block, hinged to the movable arm oil cylinders, in the middle of the movable arm of the movable armmechanism is closer to the connecting seat, the movable arm is longer, the bucket mounted at the outer end of the movable arm can completely extend into a container, and therefore, the loading and unloading requirements of a standard container are met.
