The invention discloses a telescopic adapting plug. The telescopic adapting plug comprises an outer casing pipe and an inner casing pipe, the inner casing pipe is telescopically sleeved with the outercasing pipe, a current situation pipe is sleeved with the inner casing pipe, a prefabricated flaring is formed in the outer end opening of the inner casing pipe, a sealing rubber ring is arranged between the outer casing pipe and the inner casing pipe, and a sealing structure is arranged between the prefabricated flaring and the current situation pipe. The invention further discloses a sewage intercepting well with the telescopic adapting plug and a construction method of the sewage intercepting well. When the adapting plug is used for field adapting, the casing pipes extend out of a water outlet and are sleeved with a water outlet pipeline, and the casing pipes, the water outlet and the water outlet pipeline are sealed through asphalt hemp threads.
