By means of the laminated structure of the steel plates and the rubber and the design of the flanged steel plates, the vertical and horizontal shock insulation effects are efficiently improved, the buffering mechanisms are stressed and deformed to effectively achieve the shockabsorption and energy consumption effects, and the problems that a traditional shock insulation support is insufficient in horizontal and vertical shock insulation capacity and insufficient in stability at the same time are solved.
