Three-dimensional combined shock insulation and energy consumption support
A three-dimensional combined shock insulation and energy consumption support comprises a lead core support, a lower sleeve and an upper sleeve. A steel inhaul cable is connected between the lower connecting plate and the upper connecting plate of the lead core support; the upper connecting plate is sleeved with the lower sleeve, and a horizontal supporting plate is arranged at the top of the lower sleeve; a first belleville spring is arranged between the horizontal supporting plate and the upper connecting plate; a supporting shaft is arranged in the first belleville spring; the lower end of the supporting shaft is connected with the upper connecting plate. The upper end of the supporting shaft exceeds the top face of the horizontal supporting plate. An energy consumption limiting strip is arranged between the horizontal supporting plate and the upper connecting plate; the energy consumption limiting strip is in a horizontal U shape; the upper ends of the energy consumption limiting strips are lapped on the horizontal supporting plate; the lower end of the energy consumption limiting strip is pressed on the lower connecting plate; the upper sleeve is connected to the top of the horizontal supporting plate; a second belleville spring is sleeved on the outer side of the supporting shaft and in the upper sleeve; and a fixing nut is screwed at the top of the second belleville spring. The technical problems that a traditional shock absorption support is difficult to achieve multi-dimensional shock insulation and cannot meet the strength and stability requirements under the static load and power effects are solved.
