The high-strength heat-insulating brick comprises a brick body, wherein a cavity is formed in the brick body; the cavity is filled with a heat-insulating material; carbon fiber particles are also arranged in the brick body; the carbon fiber particles are arranged on the outer side of the cavity; a fiber net layer is arranged at a position, which is close to the outer surface, of the brick body; and a fireproof layer is arranged on the outer layer of the fiber net layer. According to the high-strength heat-insulating brick disclosed by the invention, a heat-insulating layer is arranged in the high-strength heat-insulating brick, so that aheat-insulating effect can be achieved; the fireproof layer is arranged on the outer layer, so that a fireproof effect of the brick is improved; and meanwhile, the fiber net layer and the carbon fiberparticles are also arranged, so that the cracking resistance and the corrosion resistance of the brick are improved, cracking of the brick is avoided, and the durability of the brick is improved.
