The invention relates to a preparation method of a high-strength heat-insulating brick, belonging to the technical field of preparation of building materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: with mullite as a raw material, soaking mullite with hydrofluoric acid and deionized water in sequence; repeatedly carrying out liquid nitrogen freezing and soaking treatment to obtain modified mullite; dissolving waste polystyrene foam plastic with acetone to obtain a waste plastic glue solution; preparing a sodium silicate solution; mixing the modified mullite with the sodium silicate solution and other raw materials to prepare slurry; and adding the waste plastic glue solution, carrying out injection molding and hot pressing, and conducting sintering to obtain the high-strengthheat-insulating brick. The high-strength heat-insulating brick prepared in the invention has the advantages of high strength, favorable heat-insulating property and excellent application prospects.
本发明涉及一种高强度隔热砖的制备方法,属于建筑材料制备技术领域。本发明首先以莫来石为原料,先用氢氟酸浸泡再用去离子水浸泡,并反复进行液氮冷冻和浸泡的处理,得到改性莫来石,接着将废弃聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料用丙酮溶解,得到废弃塑料胶液,再配制硅酸钠溶液,最后将改性莫来石和硅酸钠溶液以及其他原料混合制浆,再加入废弃塑料胶液后注模热压,烧结即得高强度隔热砖,本发明制得的隔热砖强度高,隔热性能好,具有极佳的使用前景。
