The spreading and leveling equipment comprises a movable base, a material storage mechanism which comprises a material storage container and an opening degree adjusting assembly, the material storage container is arranged on the movable base and provided with a discharging port, and the opening degree adjusting assembly can adjust the opening degree of the discharging port according to the moving speed of the movable base; and a scraping mechanism is arranged on the movable base or the material storage container and is used for scraping materials. The spreading and leveling equipment integrates the functions of material carrying, discharging and leveling, can replace manpower to achieve automatic operation, and is high in efficiency and stable in operation quality. The opening degree of the discharge port of the material storage container can be adjusted accordingto the moving speed of the moving base, so that the discharging amount is adjusted according to the running speed, accurate material distribution is achieved, and the leveling quality is improved.
