The building formwork locking device comprises two first connecting bodies, two second connecting bodies, steel cables and buckles, wherein the side walls, facing the second connecting bodies, of the first connecting bodies are rotationally connected with screw sleeves through rotating shafts; studs matched with the screw sleeves are fixedly installed on the side walls, facing the first connecting bodies, of the second connecting bodies; the studs are in threaded connection with theinteriors of the screw sleeves; the first connecting bodies and the second connecting bodies are the same in structure; a wire spool is coaxially and fixedly installed on a transmission shaft; a rotating wheel is further coaxially and fixedly installed on the transmission shaft; a circle of toothed ring is fixed to the outer side of a buffer pad; and inclined clamping teeth are correspondingly arranged on the outer side of the rotating wheel. According to the building formwork locking device, a building formwork is fixed through the first connecting bodies and the second connecting bodies, andthe steel cables are wound into the building formwork through the rotating wheel rotating in the connecting bodies and the action of the toothed ring and the clamping teeth and are gradually fastened.
