Positioning device for top embedded steel bars of constructional column
The invention discloses a positioning device for top embedded steel bars of a constructional column. The positioning device comprises an upper positioning plate, a lower positioning plate, a connecting line and a plumb rod, wherein the upper positioning plate is provided with first positioning holes used for positioning steel bars at the bottom of a floor top plate, and the lower positioning plateis provided with second positioning holes used for positioning steel bars on the floor surface; a plurality of parallel first winding columns are arranged on the bottom face of the upper positioningplate, and second winding columns corresponding to the first winding columns one to one are arranged on the top face of the lower positioning plate; one end of the connecting line is connected with the plumb rod, and the other end of the connecting line is connected with the corresponding second winding columns through the first winding columns; and when the first winding columns and the corresponding second winding columns are located on the same plumb line, the first positioning holes and the second positioning holes are located on the same plumb line. The positioning device for the top embedded steel bars of the constructional column is simple in structure and easy and convenient to operate, the construction difficulty of top embedded steel bar positioning is lowered, and the embedded steel bar quality is improved; and the length of the connecting line is changed, the positioning device can be used for floors of different heights, and the application range is wide.
本发明公开了一种构造柱顶部植筋定位装置,包括上定位板、下定位板、连接线和铅垂杆,上定位板设有用于对楼层顶板底部钢筋进行定位的第一定位孔,下定位板设有用于对楼板面钢筋进行定位的第二定位孔;上定位板的底面设有若干个相互平行第一绕线柱,下定位板的顶面设有与第一绕线柱一一对应的第二绕线柱;连接线的一端与铅垂杆连接,另一端经过第一绕线柱与对应的第二绕线柱连接;当第一绕线柱和对应的第二绕线柱位于同一铅垂线上时,第一定位孔和第二定位孔位于同一铅垂线上。本发明提供的构造柱顶部植筋定位装置结构简单、操作简便,降低了顶部植筋定位的施工难度,提高了植筋质量;改变连接线的长度,可用于不同高度的楼层,适用范围广。
