The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a constructional column steel bar auxiliary positioning device which comprises an outer plate and further comprises an auxiliary plate and two rotating plates, the auxiliary plate is movably mounted on the outer plate, the two rotating plates are located on the two sides of the auxiliary plate respectively, and positioning assemblies and through holes are movably arranged on the rotating plates. A through hole is formed in the auxiliary plate, a PVC sleeve can be inserted into the through hole to reserve a steel bar planting hole, and the auxiliary positioning device for the constructional column steel bar, the outer plate and the auxiliary plate can be combined into one plate, so that the auxiliary positioning device can be used as a template when a top beam is poured, the PVC sleeve can be installed on the auxiliary plate, and then the steel bar planting hole is reserved in the top beam; and after lap joint of the longitudinal bars is finished, the auxiliary plate is connected to the longitudinal bars in a sleeving mode and can be connected with the stirrups through the positioning assemblies, and therefore when the auxiliary plate is lifted, the stirrups stay on the longitudinal bars according to the interval distance required by construction, and workers can conveniently bind the stirrups.
