Charging pile modular construction and installation method
The invention discloses a charging pile modular construction and installation method, which modularly installs each functional device according to a fixed position and a connection mode. The method comprises the following steps: (1), assembling each internal module of a remote module, a commercial module and a basic module, and sequentially connecting the internal modules by adopting circuits; (2), installing a cement counterweight preassembling table at a position needing to be charged, and inserting a charging indication board into a groove in the cement counterweight preassembling table through a supporting column to be clamped; (3), installing a display screen at a preset position at the upper part of the charging indication board, the display screen being in clamping butt joint with the preset position; and (4), sequentially installing the basic module, the commercial module and the remote module at the corresponding positions of the charging indication board and located below thedisplay screen, and connecting all circuits in the charging indication board correspondingly. All functional devices of the charging pile are modularized, construction and installation are convenientand rapid, and efficiency is high.
本发明公开了一种充电桩模块化施工安装方法,将各个功能装置模块化,按照固定的位置及连接方式模块化安装,包括以下步骤:(1)首先,将远程模组、商用模组及基础模组各个内部模块组装好,并采用线路依次连接好;(2)将水泥配重预装台安装于需要充电的位置,将充电指示牌通过支撑柱插入所述水泥配重预装台内部凹槽卡住;(3)将显示屏安装于充电指示牌的上部预设的位置,所述显示屏与预设的位置是卡合对接;(4)将上述基础模组、商用模组及远程模组依次安装于所述充电指示牌的对应位置,位于所述显示屏下方,并将内部的各个电路对应连接好。本发明将充电桩各个功能设备模块化,施工安装方便快捷、效率高。
