INSTALLATION METHOD OF PILE CONSTRUCTION CASING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation method of a pile construction casing capable of smoothly installing a required-length casing in a stable state even by a small type machine, in pile construction for pulling up the casing by leaving an input material in the ground, by inputting the input material such as a crushed stone, sand and concrete in the casing, after executing an excavation process of inserting the cylindrical casing into the ground up to the preset depth.SOLUTION: A casing can connect an upper casing 17 to a lower casing 16, and the lower casing 16 is installed, and the total length is installed by additionally extending the upper casing 17 to the installed lower casing 16, and an input material is inputted in the casing by a quantity corresponding to the lower casing, and the whole is extracted by a quantity of the upper casing 17, and the upper casing 17 is cut off from the lower casing 16, and the input material is inputted in the lower casing 16, and the lower casing 16 is extracted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】円筒状のケーシングをあらかじめ設定された深度まで地中に挿入する掘削工程を行った後、前記ケーシング内に砕石や砂やコンクリート等の投入材を投入し、投入材を地中に残してケーシングを引き上げる杭施工において、小型機でも必要長のケーシンングを安定した状態で無理なく打設できる抗施工用ケーシングの打設方法を提供する。【解決手段】ケーシングは下ケーシング１６に対して上ケーシング１７が接続可能であり、下ケーシング１６を打設し、打設した下ケーシング１６に上ケーシング１７を継ぎ足して全長を打設し、ケーシング内に投入材を下ケーシングに相当する分投入し、上ケーシング１７分全体を引抜き、上ケーシング１７を下ケーシング１６から切離し、下ケーシング１６内に投入材を投入し、下ケーシング１６を引き抜く。【選択図】図２
