The device comprises a vehicle body,a driving gear, a first brake mechanism, a trigger mechanism and a second brake mechanism; and the driving gear is arranged on an axle and is matched with an axle key. When the vehicle body is brakeddownhill, automatic braking of the bicycle body can be achieved only by stepping on the pedal rod, the physical strength of a bicycle puller is saved to the maximum extent, and then the safety of thebicycle puller is guaranteed; and besides, due to the special structure of the friction pad wrapping the axle in the second brake mechanism, the brick pulling vehicle bears different friction forceson slopes with different gradients, the larger the gradient is, the larger the borne brake force is, so that the brick pulling vehicle located on the slopes with different gradients bears the brake force which is matched with the brake force and used for slowing down the advancing speed.
