The invention relates to a brick transferring device and a brick paving machine. The brick transferring device comprises the brick paving machine and a brick conveying mechanism of the brick paving machine, and the brick conveying mechanism comprises a first conveying device located on the upper portion; a second conveying device, wherein the input end of the second conveying device and the output end of the first conveying device are located on the same side, the second conveying device is obliquely arranged, and the output end of the second conveying device is lower than the input end; and a brick transferring device which is located between the output end of the first conveying device and the input end of the second conveying device, and the brick transferring device is rotationally arranged and transfers the bricks located on the first conveying device through rotation to the second conveying device; the brick transferring device is reasonable in structural design, the conveying device of the brick conveying mechanism is changed into an up-and-down structure, the operation length of the brick conveying mechanism is reduced, the space needed by operation of the brick conveying mechanism is also reduced, and therefore the brick paving process can be more convenient and faster, and the brick paving operation efficiency is improved.
