Special formwork system for special-shaped pavement concrete pouring
The invention discloses a special formwork system for special-shaped pavement concrete pouring. The system comprises a fixing assembly and a strip-shaped rectangular rubber block, the fixing assemblycomprises a positioning steel chisel and E-shaped positioning clamps, and each positioning clamp comprises a vertical bottom plate and three transverse connecting plates which are parallel to one another, and the plate surfaces of the transverse connecting plates are all perpendicular to the bottom plate; a discontinuous connecting hole is formed in each positioning clamp; the plate faces, away from the transverse connecting plates, of the vertical bottom plates of the positioning clamps are attached to the outer fixing face of the rubber block and fixedly connected with the outer fixing faceof the rubber block through rivets; and the multiple positioning clamps are arranged in the length direction of the rubber block. According to the side formwork system, the rubber block is adopted asa formwork, the deformation capacity of the rubber block is used for adapting to the side edge shape of special-shaped concrete, the function of the formwork is achieved, an existing brick blank formwork is replaced, meanwhile, the rubber block, the head fixing clamp and the like can be recycled, and natural resources and the construction cost are saved.
