The invention discloses a formwork system for pouring a special-shaped component and a pouring method of the special-shaped component. The technical problems that in the prior art, a profile steel formwork for construction of the special-shaped component is large in dead weight and high in manufacturing cost are solved. The formwork system used for pouring the special-shaped component comprises two supporting units located on the upper side and the lower side of the special-shaped component respectively, each supporting unit comprises a special-shaped formwork, and the shape of each special-shaped formwork is matched with that of the special-shaped component; the special-shaped formwork comprises a rigid supporting layer which comprises a rigid framework; a flexible supporting layer which is connected with the rigid supporting layer in a fastened mode, and the flexible supporting layer is arranged between the rigid supporting layer and the special-shaped component. The formwork system for pouring the special-shaped component is simple in structure, low in manufacturing cost, light in weight and convenient and rapid to install, the formed formwork system can effectively support the special-shaped component, and the construction efficiency of the special-shaped component can be remarkably improved.
