The invention discloses a pull rod type multipurpose steel trestle abutment and a construction method thereof. The pull rod type multipurpose steel trestle abutment comprises double rows of steel pipepiles, soil retaining steel sheet piles, counter-pull steel sheets, abutment back filler, opposite-pull screws and an abutment butt strap. The construction method comprises the steps that firstly, the double rows of steel pipe piles are driven in front of the abutment to serve as an overall braking measure; then, aiming at the condition that abutment back filling soil in a river overtopping areais high, on one hand, the steel sheet piles and waist beam structures are adopted for achieving soil blocking and scouring effects, and on the other hand, the opposite-pull screws and the counter-pullsteel sheets are adopted for achieving balance of soil pressure; and reinforcing soil is filled between the steel sheet piles and the counter-pull steel sheets to ensure the stability of the abutmentback, a layer of concrete bridgehead butt strap is arranged at the upper part, and internally-arranged steel bars are welded with the tops of the steel pipe piles into a whole. By the adoption of thebridge abutment design and the construction method thereof, the problems that a temporary bridge abutment of a higher fill in the river overtopping area is difficult to disassemble, large in settlingvolume, poor in stability, scoured on the abutment back and the like can be solved, temporary trestle elevation control, bridge road sequential connection and trestle length reduction are facilitated, and therefore the purpose of reducing construction cost is achieved.
本发明公开了一种拉杆式多用途钢栈桥桥台及其施工方法,所述双排钢管桩、挡土钢板桩、反拉钢板、台背填料、对拉螺杆和桥台搭板,首先在桥台前施打双排钢管桩作为整体制动措施;再针对河漫区存在的台背填土较高的情况,一方面采用钢板桩及腰梁结构实现挡土及冲刷的作用,另一方面采用对拉螺杆及反拉钢板实现土压力的平衡;然后钢板桩与反拉钢板之间填筑加固土确保台背稳定,上部设置一层混凝土桥头搭板,内部配置钢筋与钢管桩顶部焊接形成整体。采用本桥台设计及其施工方法可解决河漫区较高填方临时桥台拆除困难、沉降量大、稳定性差、台背冲刷等难题,有利于控制临时栈桥标高、桥路顺接及减少栈桥长度,从而达到降低工程造价的目的。
