The invention relates to a movable combined beam bottom operating platform and a using method thereof, which are used for being mounted on a bridge. The movable combined beam bottom operating platformcomprises a bottom platform; at least two suspensions which are installed on the two opposite sides of the bottom platform correspondingly, and the two suspensions can rotate in the direction close to each other or away from each other; walking rollers which are used for being supported on the bridge and fixed to the suspension, and the walking rollers can drive the suspension and the bottom platform to move on the bridge in the longitudinal direction of the bridge; when the bridge is located in a water area or a mountainous area or the distance between the bottom of the bridge and the groundis large, the operation platform can be installed on the bridge firstly and can serve as a construction platform for inspection vehicle track installation, construction of installation personnel is facilitated, and the construction efficiency is greatly improved.
