The invention discloses a movable beam bottom tower supporting device and a construction method thereof.The movable beam bottom tower supporting device comprises a stress bent frame and operation platforms detachably fixed to the two sides of the stress bent frame respectively, the stress bent frame comprises at least one frame tower frame, length-adjustable transverse rods are connected between the adjacent frame tower frames in a lap joint mode, and adjustable jacking supports are fixed to the four corners of the top of each frame tower frame; electric self-telescopic supporting legs are fixed to the four corners of the bottom of each frame tower, each operation platform comprises an operation platform frame body, electric universal wheels are fixed to the two corners of the outer side of each operation platform frame body, and the bottoms of the electric self-telescopic supporting legs are flush with the bottoms of the electric universal wheels when the electric self-telescopic supporting legs stretch out. The height of the device can be adjusted within a certain range through the electric self-telescopic supporting legs, and the device can be conveniently transferred or parked through the electric universal wheels capable of being locked below the operation platform; the turnover efficiency of the framed bent can be greatly improved, repeated disassembly and assembly needed by formwork erecting at different positions are avoided, and a large amount of construction period and labor cost are saved.
