Viaduct box type cast-in-place concrete beam formwork supporting system and mounting method thereof
The viaduct box type cast-in-place concrete beam formwork supporting system comprises vertical rods, adjustable vertical rods, I-shaped steel and main purline square steel, the tops of the vertical rods support a box girder on one side above the I-shaped steel through vertical rod jacking, the adjustable vertical rods are arranged between the other side above the I-shaped steel and the special-shaped face of the box girder, and the adjustable vertical rods are transversely and horizontally connected with adjustable steel pipes in a threaded mode. Main purline square steel is arranged among theadjustable vertical rods, the adjustable steel pipes and the special-shaped face of the box girder, secondary purline battens are sequentially arranged among the main purline square steel, the I-shaped steel and the box girder, the adjustable vertical rods and the adjustable steel pipes are reinforced through diagonal draw bars, and the bottoms of the diagonal draw bars penetrate through one sideof the I-shaped steel through horizontal steel pipes. The bottoms of the vertical rods are erected on a wood base plate through a vertical rod base, the wood base plate is located on a concrete foundation, and the concrete foundation is located on a rammed plain soil foundation. The safety and reliability are high. And self-locking is achieved through the I-shaped steel beams, the end round holes, the perforated horizontal steel pipes and the inclined strut steel pipes, and the supporting system is high in stability and reliability.
