The invention discloses a prefabricated pipe pile, a soft soil foundation treatment system and a soft soil foundation treatment method. The prefabricated pipe pile comprises a first pile body, a second pile body and a pile head, and the first pile body is provided with a first pipe cavity; one end of the second pile body is connected with the first pile body, and the second pile body is made of aseepy material or/and a breathable material; and the pile head is arranged in a cone shape and connected to the other end of the second pile body. The soft soil foundation treatment system comprises the prefabricated pipe pile. The pile head can be conveniently driven into a soft soil foundation, the first pile body is hollow, and the second pile body has a seepy or/and air permeable function, sothat when the prefabricated pipe pile is connected with a high-pressure air source, the pile head is used for pressurizing the soft soil foundation. When the prefabricated pipe pile is connected witha vacuumizer, vacuumizing treatment can be carried out on the soft soil foundation, in the pressurizing or vacuumizing treatment process, water can flow out through the prefabricated pipe pile, the function range of the prefabricated pipe pile is greatly widened, the equipment utilization rate is increased, and the soft soil foundation treatment cost is reduced.
